With exposed structural ceilings, concrete-block walls and a polished black slab, the home’s boldness complements its centerpiece; a courtyard with a natural garden that adjoins the long, linear kitchen.

The roof structure is designed with vertical ‘sun-catchers’ to lend qualities of airiness. They provide outlooks unique to a home of this size and low body mass.
